Simpol Adopters worldwide are resolving the deadlock of Destructive International Competition. They are driving governments to work together to solve global problems such as unjust economic systems, conflict and climate-change, by prioritising their votes for Simpol Pledged politicians. Developing and ultimately setting the global People’s Policy is through open participation. The only way is together.
Let’s parent the planet together. Then there will be no one to complain to but ourselves.

Building grassroots bridges across the world
On the whole, things change when pressured to do so. However you look at it, global problems are forcing us to co-operate with each other to solve them. What an exciting time to be alive! So let’s choose to work together now, because we need to and because we can. The sooner we do, the easier it will be.
There are so many things you can do to help push Simpol on it’s way and we’ve tried to make it easy for you to get involved and get active… like a martial art, just a few kicks in the right places are all that’s necessary.
Why Adopt Simpol? Because together we are stronger and cleverer. Adopting is free and puts you on equal footing with everyone around the world who is getting involved.
Adopting Simpol tells politicians that from now on you will be giving a strong voting prefference for candidates who have signed the Simpol Pledge.
Volunteer/Local Groups
You can join a local group or set up your own one. For a list of Local Simpol Groups Click here. You could run a stall in your high street to get people to Adopt Simpol. Doing stalls gains more Adoptions from members of the public, makes our presence felt in the community and of course, gets politicians to sign up. It gives a Simpol message of hope to those who may not have heard of us before. We can give you lots of support and you can go home feeling you have made a real difference that day!
More time, more skills? We’re always on the look out for more people to join in. Get in touch if you have skills in design, IT, film/editing, research, writing, running events, fund-raising, music, theatre and anything that can help us progress as an organisation. Let us know by filling in our on line Volunteer Form
Become a Member
Simpol’s funding comes mostly from the generosity of its members. Simpol doesn’t accept money from for-profit organisations. This ensures that we’re free of corporate influence, objective, and non-party-political.
Regular standing orders are the base of our long term financial support. To set up a standing order you can instruct your bank either by phone, on-line banking, email or by post stating the amount you wish to pay and how often. You will need to give them our bank details:
The Cooperative Bank Plc Account Nr. 65143410 Sort code 08-92-99
Please also fill out and submit this membership form so that we have your details.
As a Member, you gain the right to elect Simpol-UK’s Board of Trustees and you also receive a free copy the “It’s Simpol” quarterly newsletter. Membership costs as little as £1 a month. Some people give up to £30 or more. If you become a Member at £2 or more per month, you will receive a choice of any book authored and personally signed by John Bunzl, Simpol’s founder. See Toolkit for books. For a one-off payment for yearly membership is £12 or more.
Consider the national lottery. If you were to give to Simpol what most people give to that, then for the same amount, personal luck would be replaced by collective action towards a prosperous future all humanity can enjoy.

Donate to Simpol-UK
We are trying to build something really positive. If you’d like to support us, please feel free to give a donation. This is a crucial time for us coming up to the election and every penny helps us to mobilise people into action. Simpol-UK gains most ground whilst election fever is running hot. Like most election campaigns, the more money there is to use, the more popular the campaign becomes. Setting people up with street stalls, campaign leaflets and materials all costs money but just a little goes a long way and gets us closer to what most of us, and the planet, needs.
If you donate more than £24 then you can receive a signed book by John Bunzl, Simpol’s Founder. To make a one off donation all you have to do is click on the button below and follow the instructions…
Working alongside other campaigns
Support from charities and NGOs (non governmental organisations) is a very important step towards the success of Simpol. We need to work alongside organisations that care about the world in order to find good and effective solutions. NGOs mostly specialise on key issues but are increasingly linking their issues together which is where we can work together. With the Simpol voting strategy to help drive global solutions forward, NGOs can ensure that their wider objectives and aims are fulfilled. You can help make this happen by writing to your favourite campaigning organisation and NGO asking them to support Simpol as a complementary strategy. To do this, download a template letter here. Global Co-operation Street Parties
In 2008 we held the first global co-operation street party to take Simpol forward. In 2010 we plan to hold many more around the world to get the word global. Please hold your own one; they needn’t cost much at all.
We closed off the streets and had a proper shindig outside a housing co-operative where many Adopters live. We saw a local theatre group perform a new play, witnessed a record breaking stunt, shared food provided by neighbours, had a stage, bands and lots of good tunes to dance to and inspired new Adopters to get involved.
Global Co-operation Street Parties are about linking up globally, realising how global problems are increasingly affecting people everywhere, about celebrating our collective humanity and about taking control. We hold them where they matter, in our streets. Don’t forget to hold one minute of noise on the hour to consider everyone on the planet! Get in touch if you want to hold your own party.
