Who decides what policies get globalised? Simpol is direct democratic action where we can decide our future together. Starting from scratch, here and now, we are creating a new “people centred global governance”. What laws would you suggest to globalise peace, justice, sustainability and prosperity?

Do you want to make a Simpol policy suggestion? Policy isn’t rocket science. Virtually all you need to do is look at the strongest policies being pushed for by all the biggest and best campaigns like Stop Climate Chaos, Make Poverty History, War on Want, Oxfam, Greenpeace, Jubilee Debt Campaign, the New Economics Foundation, etc. Their policies and objectives just need that special ingredient of global co-operation and simultaneous action.

In the new interconnected, globalised world, every individual is now responsible for every other. What we all need and care about is extremely important. We need to put this into practice with global policies expressing a new fusion of heart and intellect.

Adopters vote annually on the global issues they feel to be of highest importance. They also vote on specific policies that Adopters have proposed.

Going live

Don’t forget, all Policy Suggestions will not go live but will remain a work-in-progress until all or sufficient nations are on board and able to begin policy implementation. This ensures Simpol remains flexible, democratic and open to all. New Adopters can therefore contribute to the process as and when they join the campaign.

Keeping the policy open and flexible also means that the policies being developed can be tailored according  to changing global events and circumstances on a continuous basis until implementation occurs. Remember, information is power and we are much cleverer together. Tell me more…
